Easy Peasy Garlic Bread

Ingredients

1 Parisian baguette (or any long baguette style bread)

1 stick of butter, softened

3~5 cloves of garlic, depending on your preference

Handful of fresh parsley

Grated Parmesan

Salt and Pepper

Let's cook

Preheat your oven to 190°C. Cut your bread in half length wise so you have two long halves. Then, cut into smaller pieces (around 4 pieces per half).

Peel garlic and mince or use a garlic crusher, then mix with the butter. Chop parsley and add into the mix along with everything else (salt, pepper, Parmesan). Spread this mixture onto the bread pieces with a butter knife. Place the bread onto a baking sheet and then bake for 15~20 min, until golden and crispy.

Remember to save some garlic butter in the fridge (wrap it with some plastic wrap/eco-friendly beeswax wrap of course!) for future use to make this recipe even faster. Enjoy!
