1 nest of rice noodles
Handful of bean sprouts
1 chopped clove of garlic
1 chopped spring onion
1 handful prawns
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
Get started by cooking the noodles. Just follow the instructions and timings on the back of the packet. Drain out the water and set them aside for later. Grab a large frying pan or a wok, add a drizzle of oil and heat it up. Crack in an egg and stir continuously for about 2 minutes. Once it's set and scambled, scoop it into a bowl and set aside for later.
Now its time to bring everything together. Add another drizzle of oil to the pan and throw in the bean sprouts, chopped carrots and any other vegetables you want. Chuck in the chopped garlic and spring onions and sizzle everything for a few minutes. Add the prawns, noodles and cooked egg to the pan and mix everything together. Keep stirring and turning the prawns over so they're lightly brown on both sides. Switch of the heat, add the sauces and give it all one last mix.
