Smoky Potato Wedges

Throw these potato wedges in the oven for a quick a side to a meal. We recommend trying the honey-mustard dip as well, it's a winner.

Smoky Potato Wedges

Ingredients

3-4 potatoes

2 tbsp smoked paprika

drizzle of cooking oil

salt and pepper

scoop of mayonnaise

2 tsp mustard

drizzle of honey

Let's cook

Heat your oven to 200°. Wash the potatoes before cutting them up into chunks. Try and keep all the wedges a similar size so they cook evenly. Heat a pan of water and throw in the potatoes once it's boiling.

Cook the wedges for about 6 minutes. When they're done, drain them and tip them into a roasting tray or an ovenproof dish. Sprinkle the smoked paprika, salt and pepper on top and mix it all up so that they are well coated. Drizzle the oil on top and get them in the oven.

Leave them in the oven for about 25 minutes (or until they are crispy and golden brown). While they're cooking, mix up the mayo, mustard and honey to create a sauce. Serve the wedges warm.
