1 tin kidney beans
1 tin cannellini beans
1 tin sweetcorn
1 red onion
1 teaspoon of chilli powder
Salt and pepper
Open up the beans and sweetcorn, drain out the water and give them a quick rinse under the tap.
Grab a bowl and throw in the beans and sweetcorn. Chop up the red onion into slices and add this too.
Then we're going to add the oil and vinegar. A sploosh of each is perfect (a couple of tablespoons if you want to be precise about it).
And finally, add the chilli powder and salt and pepper. Give it all a mix together and you're done. You can eat right away, but it's better if you can chill it in the fridge for a bit first.
