Fresh Berry Smoothie

This tasty smoothie is a great way to wake yourself up before heading out to a long day of lectures! Oats provide long lasting energy to get you through the morning.

Ingredients:

ice cubes

handful of berries (we used strawberries and blueberries)

1/2 mug of milk (or plant based milk)

30g oats

Let's Cook:

Add all the ingredients to a smoothie maker and blend. Easy.
